what do I need to know about online training?

The onlineinstruct.com eClasses became very popular, immediately after we launched our site. Why? Personalized attention. We use Adobe Acrobat Connect to conduct our online classes. All you need to participate is a phone line and internet connection.

All of our instructors are Adobe Certified Experts and Adobe Certified Instructors who offer invaluable real-world experience. Our average class size is 2 to 4 students. The instructor is on the phone with you LIVE as you follow the application screen sharing on the instructor's computer. If you have a question (which we encourage), you can ask directly over the phone, or submit your question for the instructor privately in an online chat panel. That's why we offer live online training, not just instructional DVDs or archived tutorials. You have an expert on the line to direct specific questions to.

In addition to the downloadable exercises and/or handouts, all eClasses are RECORDED and archived for you to watch & review. The movies are available for 60 days after the course date. This way you can study and master the application at your own pace.
